The Sign Up (or "Registration") Process occurs in 3 steps:

1. At the bottom of this page, enter your Agency Name. Choose the name that you are known by in the community.  This becomes your "username."  [NOTE: If your agency is already registered, the software will let you know.] 
   

2. When you click "Sign Up!" at the end of this page, you will go to the Acceptance or Terms and Conditions of Use, which describes the agreements between your agency, 211 Hotline/Trident United Way and this web tool.  Please review and choose "I accept" to continue.
   

3. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, you can proceed to the Add Agency Listing where you will be asked for more detailed information about your agency -- including a password, which you will create.

• Primary agency contact's up-to-date email, phone number and address
• Password for your agency (Make it easy to remember!)
• The software will request your agency's Employer Identification Number (EIN), but Trident United Way does not require this information and you can skip this item.
• Agency's Mission statement
• Agency description of services statement
• Coordinator's name, phone and address for each listing
